The fairgrounds is located at 1000 Locust St. in Owensville, Ohio. In recent years, we have been upgrading our facilities to the point that we now offer buildings suitable for renting, well manicured grounds, and all black-topped roadways and midway areas. Our fairgrounds is under the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Clermont County Agricultural Society, Todd Slone, President.

The Ohio State University Extension Office, the Clermont County Soil and Water Conservation Office, and the Farm Service Agency are all located in the Agricultural Center, at the east end of the fairgrounds.
